About the fair
The Global Ingredients Show is the 28th International Exhibition of Food Ingredients, Raw Materials and Equipment for their Production, held at Crocus Expo in Moscow from 28–30 April 2026. This event gathers leading suppliers, manufacturers, contract-producers and service providers across industries ranging from food & beverages to pharmaceuticals and household chemicals, offering them a platform to showcase new ingredients, additives, flavourings and production technologies, while networking with decision-makers from multiple sectors.
For 2026 the exhibition expects over 260+ exhibitors, a floor area of about 6,300 m², and more than 3,300 visitors, of whom a significant portion are senior executives influencing purchasing decisions.
